Our Victorian team recently attended the Australian Institute of Building (AIB) 2026 Victorian Professional Excellence Awards at Arts Centre Melbourne. We’re proud to celebrate our team’s success in winning the Project Management category for their outstanding work on The Aikenhead Centre for Medical Discovery (ACMD).
ACMD is a state-of-the-art biomedical research, training and education facility that brings together medical, engineering, scientific and commercial research to accelerate collaboration and help solve some of the world’s most pressing health challenges. The project involved complex stakeholder engagement across eight project partners and the development of innovative planning, procurement and delivery strategies to support this landmark health and research facility.
A huge congratulations to Kim Au, Brad Malcolm, Anna Sturmey and Byron Laminski, along with our client and project partners. Well done to Kane Constructions Pty Ltd for receiving a High Commendation award for their work on ACMD in the Commercial Construction ($60m+) category. We’re proud to have played a role in delivering such a significant project that will help advance research, innovation and healthcare outcomes for future generations.
