Background

Omnia is a 20-storey residential apartment in Potts Point that has a commanding glass-clad façade that wraps tightly around its unique, hourglass form. It features 135 luxury residential apartments.

Omnia was developed through the adaptive reuse of an existing hotel positioned above Kings Cross Train Station.

Greenland engaged Johnstaff to provide Project Management advisory services regarding coordinating the design development, tender and contract documentation, and contract award for the Omnia project.
