The Victorian Government is building or transforming new and existing residential aged care facilities that better meet community expectations and promote resident independence, dignity and mental health.
The new Kingston facility has 150 residential aged care beds, giving residents their own rooms with private ensuites, open area views and natural light.
It is designed to support a range of complex care and mobility needs, including for those living with dementia. It has landscaped gardens and terraces, together with a range of common areas for socialising and activities.
