Johnstaff Projects worked on behalf of the administrators for Flame Fire to fulfil the contract with Baulderstone Hornibrook, and to recover retention money and pay third party workers.

Park Hyatt - $110 million
Johnstaff Projects acted as project recovery leader when the developer's management team was dissolved. Primarily, we worked to close-out the project following a long-running contractual dispute between the developer and the builder.

DSE Bairnsdale - $8 million
Johnstaff Projects was assigned to recover the project after initial contracts pushed costs $900,000 beyond budget and the previous project management organisation was dissolved. Our response entailed value managing the design back to budget through buildability initiatives and creative procurement solutions.
