Roles and Responsibilities
Following the negative publicity surrounding the Regional Rail Project Johnstaff Projects was approached by Department of Infrastructure to assist them in developing comprehensive staging and implementation programmes to ensure commuter service delivery platforms were maintained during the construction by Thiess-Alstrom.
In addition to the above, Johnstaff Projects provided construction management services as well as contractual advice to resolve construction issues in a complex and politically sensitive environment.
Specifically, our specialist communications and programming expertise ensured that the Regional Rail Project gained momentum against the negative press prior to our involvement.
